Sales Account Executive Europe


Responsibilities:

  • Take qualified leads and convert them to UberCloud subscription customers

  • Follow up with marketing-generated leads supplied by our partner channels and move them along the sales process, converting them to subscription customers

  • Manage the list of leads. Initiate contact via email or phone, determine and create interest. 

  • Create records within the CRM database and maintain accurate information about the leads, individual decision makers and their companies. Calculate and validate the potential deal value. Keep the CRM database up to date as the customer progresses through the sales process. 

  • Follow (and improve) our established sales process, including financial forecasting of bookings and revenue.

  • Identify challenges and educate the leads on UberCloud’s value proposition. Explain UberCloud's value proposition in combination with our business partners’ value propositions. Help shape customers’ cloud migration strategy and digital transformation. 

  • Develop customer-specific Total Cost of Ownership and Return on Investment studies.  

  • Develop customer-specific quotes which address the customers’ needs. Ensure the approval of quotes by appropriate UberCloud team members.   

  • Create and provide to customers sales and legal documents such as Quotes, NDA, Master Services Agreement, and Service Orders.  Ensure their timely completion/execution by the customer and by UberCloud. 

  • Provide feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts based on direct experiences with customers and potential clients. Attend and participate in marketing efforts directed to potential customers and to our partners. 

  • Work with the implementations team to ensure the customer implementation is completed on time and per customer expectations. 

 

Success measured by:

Annual subscription revenue with our customers 

Conversion rate (the rate at which leads convert to opportunities and customers)

Time to subscription (time taken for a lead to convert to a subscription customer)

Annual 360 review, including feedback from partners

 

Strengths:

Strong Communication Skills in English. 

Experience in selling technology solutions to large enterprises is a plus.

Experience in contract formulation and negotiation is a plus.

Domain knowledge in CAE and its impact on engineering workflows (Experience as a CAE user is a plus)

Knowledge in IT

Experience in working with cloud infrastructure providers' sales teams is a plus

College Degree (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering is a plus)

Good active listener, negotiation experience (price and terms).

Compensation:
Base Salary + Annual Sales bonus
